Has anyone here tried Raclette cheese? I as at a food expo a while back and got to try it. Soooo good! They basically cut a wheel of cheese in half and then place it under a hot element which melts the top layer. When it starts to bubble and brown a bit they scraped it off and put in on a piece of fresh french bread.
