i need help sapphire r9 280x vapor-x tri-x ?

Someone do you know what settings i need to make on my cgminer becouse i have HW and low speed ?
that is my settings but thasnt work :

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer --scrypt -o doge-eu.poolerino.com:3333 -u xxxxxx -p xxxxxx -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1500 --temp-target 70 --auto-fan

570 i get but whith alot HW.Can You help ? that is my card : http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=2131 . i know this when have alot HW you nothing do it . I need someone help to fix this i search alot sites but i dont find settings for this card
