Hello Bitcoin members,

So my problem is that I've set auto-payment @ 10BTC on deepbit.net and its worked up until yesterday night. It took the 10 BTC out of my deepbit.net account and transferred it to the bitcoin address I directed it to. But the bitcoin client/program says Balance: 0.00.

The bitcoin address I used in deepbit.net is EXACTLY the same as the "your bitcoin address" in my bitcoin client.

It's now been about 10 hours and the bitcoin client is completely empty with no status/date/description/debit info and 0 balance.

One thing I noticed when looking at deepbit.net transactions I see the following from left to right:

Index: 1, redeemed at input: "not yet redeemed", etc. (Does the Not yet redeemed have anything to do with it?)

If anyone could help shed some light for me that would be awesome!

Thanks everyone.

But the bitcoin client/program says Balance: 0.00.

Is the client program getting any/many connections, and is it's block chain up-to-date (currently 123,124)?

Hi doood,

thanks for your reply. Last time the client got stuck at 8 connections. But after doing some researching, I disabled microsoft security essentials and I THINK i've added port 8333 to my router. Connections are currently at 7 as we speak.

Regarding the up-to-date block chain, i'm not quite sure how to check that sorry.

It should say it on the status bar next to the number of connections... something like:

8 connections 123124 blocks 546 transactions

You can then see what the latest block-count is here: http://blockexplorer.com
It currently shows 123130

Hello again,

I see it now. So at the bottom right it shows right now: 8 connections (stuck at that number for a while), and 113666 blocks (this number is slowly going up), 0 transactions.

So when my blocks hit 123124 should I then receive the coins?

Thanks again

Once blockchain is up to date, you'll see your balance.

Regarding connections, your port forwarding obviously is not working. I'd suggest disabling manual port forwarding and enabling it in the bitcoin client. You can find it in Settings>>Options>> check "Map port using UPnP"

thank you to both doood and mewantsbitcoins. I'll do what you suggest about the port fowarding. I'll let you guys know the result when i've reached 123 124 blocks.

thanks again both of you.

UPDATE: Blocks reached 123124 and I have received the bitcoins in my wallet. Thanks everyone!  Smiley
