You can only get a maximum of 14 activity every 2 weeks. I'm not sure when it resets. Try reading the board a bit before posting as this has been asked many times before.

For simple answer, you will need to make a post after Sept16 09:33:20 GMT (the start of the next period) to get past 14 activity.

You can get 14 activity per 2 week period, so you have to wait  another 14 days for your activity to increase, you also have to do at least 1 post.
