I encourage you to do your own research on ltcgear.com's reputation, You will find them to be a trustworthy site that has been around for nearly a year.

In-order to transfer ownership for a share, you first must be registered with the site. Than I would be able to transfer my shares to your username using their provided transfer tool. It is basically instant.
As for the payment, I honestly would prefer not to have to bring in a escrow service into the mix. But if you would like to buy a large amount, or all of the shares I have for sale and would prefer to use a Escrow service, than PM me and we can figure something out.
