I was about to say the same thing, but I already have a PI and the intel pc stick I need to get rid of my PI first...  payed almost 75 Euro for that and it's just sitting there not being used...

Do you realize how the barrier of entry for Solarcoin is getting smaller over time, as opposed to bitcoin where the difficulty just rises and you need to get new miners/hardware

There's an elegance to Solarcoin that Bitcoin can't cover. At least now that it's carbon friendly, and designed to plug right into the sun. I'd love to see within my lifetime a network of scientific instruments measuring solar radiation across the globe and people benefiting from doing it. I want to write some software that will scan the blockchain for claimants, and make the data searchable. As well as track the chain like a typical tracker. I need to learn some new programming languages.

So I joined up via your link I hope you get your share.  I'm in the UK so buying BTC for GBP isn't the easiest process, the Uphold documentation process was pretty slick, easier than other places I tried.
I'm hoping this will allow me to fund the GBP card and go to BTC, then move to an exchange and go for SLR.  I raised a ticket requesting SLR direct, of course!
The only negative is 3-5 day wait for bank transfer from my bank to the Uphold account, in UK we have instant domestic bank-bank transfers so waiting for days seems very slow, but its pretty cheap if it really is 0% charge!

Scalextrix have you tried https://bitbargain.co.uk I like you live in the UK and use bitbargain all the time, I do an instant bank transfer and within few minutes the btc are in there for you to transfer to any wallet of your choosing even bittrex

No I tried Bittylicious which is ok for small amounts but you need registration for higher amounts and you need to input different accounts every time.
Im really liking Uphold, in fact it took about 15 hours to get my bank transfer over to them, slow but now Im registered its a single set of payment details I can resuse.  I sent £10.00, converted that to BTC free of charge, I looked 2 minutes later and it was worth £10.01 (you can show all values in your preferred currency).  Came back today and the BTC was worth £10.03, simply instructed to send £10.02 of BTC back to my bank account, and its done, got credited with £10.02 about 6 hours later.
If you arent a trader (and dont want to be) this is a very simple way to get into BTC, more importantly its easy to get back to Fiat too.  This would be very cool to open up SLR direct....

Forgive me, but where is the compiled ARM version wallet ? i have already asked by the past, and dev said that he will not compile an ARM version. So with Pine or PI, how do you plan to execute the wallet on ARM processors ?
