For this reason (mintpal v2), all the coins could be ready for a pump (?)

If people want VIA, they can buy it independently of the Mintpal V2 Release.

But yes you are right about all coins having the possibility of being pumped, but after doing research i find that ViaCoin will probably attract the most trading volume on Mintpal V2's debut.

It is scheduled to be released on 17th of sept, but due to a couple of issues during the pre-migration testing, it's currently on hold, and has been rescheduled for 6PM GMT on Sunday 21st September

Not again... huh. It's been cancelled due to a number of issues with some of the coins supported by the platform. They are now trying to fix some issues and it's (re)scheduled to launch at Tuesday 23rd September at 6PM GMT.

MINTPAL V2 – DEPLOYMENT
The deployment has started, but it’ll be an ongoing process (the migration is somewhat more complex than our last major migration), as it’s a bit of a learning experience.

V2 is ready to go, but in the background we now need to start migrating balances, addresses, actual coins, private keys, etc – and do many a rescan on daemons. While we know it’s looked bad up until now, we just want to make it clear that we’re doing our best – and will strive to ensure clear timelines in future. We’re going to extend the fee-free window by a week to 3 weeks as a way of saying sorry, and will be releasing a post shortly with a full feature breakdown, as well as details of our maker rebate program.

I Wrote API V2 for my Bot 3 Month Ago (i got beta access).
I'm still waiting and it seems that they change something on new API.
