With this news it seems like all funds are not lost but let's wait till people can get their coins back. The big question is why did moolah bought mintpal?
ITs obwius that he bought mintpal to steal coins from it ..and its obwius that he dumpedour XMRs weeks ago and taked the money

I think I had like 5 btc on mintpal prior to the platform change, where I never was able to get to see my btc back so far..

I hope my balance really do exist still..

No no, you've had this wrong this entire time, moolah never owned mintpal they just 'managed' it.

They're trying to avoid any responsibility - good for them.

Shame they left some evidence suggesting conflicting information

exhibit one: https://twitter.com/moolah_io/status/497105451381960705

key word: acquisition

That's the big problem here, You don't only manage if you acquire.
http://blog.moolah.io/2014/07/28/were-taking-over-mintpal-heres-what-you-need-to-know/

So they didn't thought the problem inside mintpal were that big or they messed things up.

Hmmmm ... A bit weird, some of the big Mintpal wallets for other coins still have all the funds in. E.g. BHL9DRJgQmccTvw4aZwj2wtg94xpA5Y1XV still holds 20% of Silkcoin and is a confirmed Mintpal wallet. If they were going to run off with the coins would they not take all of them??

And what does mean client funds anyway ?

Am I a client despite the fact that my account was lost and when I got back into it, I had 0 btc until they shutted down ?
Without anymore answer from support ?

Or are clients only people that actually had balance that they could use ?

Geez.

There are nothing about "mintpal" funds are safed in blog, they said only about moolah ltd clients funds. They write about they shut down mintpal since they found critical bug, which can translate as we finnaly run audit and found we haven't coins or even sorry we sold all your btc week ago and now shut down exchange and run.

If you ask me, never was a V2, just a setup to raid the kitchen cupboard.
Didn't somebody fine the front page was like a $20 stock template?
I hope somebody in their neck of the woods pays them a visit.

Sue what?
in a bankruptcy case we're all unsecured creditors.
they planned it.

http://blog.moolah.io/2014/10/14/moolah-is-having-to-close-its-doors/

Love this part..
"Again, all funds held in consumer accounts are safe – consumer funds are essentially held in the equivalent of a client trust account and are fully separate. You can withdraw them via the normal route up until the end of the month."

You can't if the server is shutdown....which it is.
