Scrypt Asic Advanced Shares (SAAS) aims to correct 2 significant drawbacks of mining shares/contracts.

1) diminishing returns
2) decreasing share value

40% of all revenue generated by SAAS will be re-invested to increasing Hash rate, the other 60% will go back to shareholders via dividend payouts. As hash rates in SAAS increase so does your dividend and therefore your share value.

100% of funds generated by initial share offerings go directly to purchasing more Hash rate to increase SAAS holdings.

As of September 23rd - Total is 1,133 MH/s.

There are a total of 50,000 shares being offered on NXT AE

Batch 1 share offer = 5,000 SAAS @ 15 NXT each Sold Out!
Batch 2 share offer = 10,000 SAAS @ 25 NXT each Sold Out!
Batch 3 share offer = 12,500 SAAS @ 35 NXT each

10,000 shares will be held for future offering as Scrypt Asic technology improves and prices come down.  Share holders at time of last offering will be notified and offered remaining shares prior to public release.

12,500 shares will be retained by me for the initial MH to start SAAS.  I have a vested interest in the success of SAAS and will do all I can to ensure all shareholders are getting value for their hard earned NXT.

EDIT:  Until all 3 asset share releases are sold out, I will only be taking dividends on 15% of total shares sold.  ie: 5,000 = 750 of my own shares paying dividends.  This will help me pay for TX fees and take a little ROI for my initial investment.

Revenue from all 3 asset releases will bring the asset up to approximately 1,200 MH/s and increasing weekly from there.

First dividend payout is scheduled for Monday September 8th 2014 and every Monday after.
