What is this "Rewards System"?

Well, when the coin launches, the site will be online, and everyone will be able to register (only once).
There, you will be able to complete your profile with a BTC address and a SHAPES address.
Every hour, the system will pick 5 users randomly. Four of them will win free SHAPES. The lucky one, will win BTC.

There will be a public list where everyone will see who won, at which day and hour, and if the rewards have been sent or not.
All rewards will be sent starting the next day.
That means that if you won BTC or SHAPES the 1st of October, you will receive them the 2nd.

Now, what are the amounts you can win?

- Bitcoin: 0.005 BTC. Always. Only 5 BTC from the IPO will be available for these rewards. That means it should last for 40 days, and 1000 rewards will be given.
- SHAPES: there will be four rewards per hour. The amount will depend on the current block reward. SHAPES rewards will last until the half million shapes are gone.
Block 101 ~ 20100: 5 SPS.
Block 20101 ~ 100100: 2 SPS.
Block 100101 ~ 300100: 1 SPS.

So now I'm thinking that every member should get a unique code which can be used to register. They would need to submit a google form with their Bitcontalk profile, and the account must be an active one registered before the 1st of September. Once I check this, they would get the code. This is more time consuming, but it will be fair for everyone.

You can't fully prevent duplicates. Stellar can't even prevent them with facebook authorization because people just buy facebook accounts. This will continue to be a problem until the resources gained through duplicate registrations exceed the effort required to receive them.

What prevents people from selling the unique code they receive? Basically, everyone will get ripped off if they're not gaming the system.

What is all this bullshit?!  BetaShareX IS an exchange.  Its based on BetaShare coin.  Its fucking excellent man.  No lag.  No latencies.  No minimum trade size.  I'm selling about 100 SPS right now on the exchange to anyone who wants to buy.  I have them set at different price levels so I can get a feel for what people evaluate it at.  I am not concerned about losing my coins since I feel is coin is either dead or close to it.  I never got my reward private code so I am trying to sell my coins to anyone who wants them.
