Antminer performance problems?

Hi,

I just started with mining yesterday and I'm wondering if anyone here could help me understad/find out why 2 (especially one) of my antminers have lower values than the others.

Any suggestions/help is appreciated.
All miners are connected to a RPi through 2 externally powered usb 2.0 hubs.

Maybe try BFG Miner 4.8?  All of my USB devices are close in range to the number of accepts:

Is there a noob upgrading guide?
I'll try to upgrade the bfgminer
