Hi shanem. You can do that, but you should keep a few things in mind:

* First, every time the chart is updated a house edge of 0.2% is applied. Thus over time the chart will have a tendency downwards, this is how we make money. Thus after several days, you are very likely to have lost money (just like on a dice game that you play for several days)

* The chart can get negative as well. Your balance will change together with the chart. Say for example if your balance is 1000 satoshi, you buy red, then red increases by one, then you have 1001 satoshi after the update.

At it's core Chart Bet is nothing different than a dice game on auto roll. In both cases a series of rolls determine how your balance changes and a house edge is applied in every step. The difference is that we have a super low house edge of just 0.2% and that we plot the past rolls as a graph.

I highly recommend to try this game out with the 500 free satoshi that you get when you visit the FastSlots for the first time. Only once you have familiarized yourself with the concept, should you play with your own money.

And yes, the sites is provably fair, if you think that they are cheating, you can check it with provably fair verifier, just because you cant win from the site, doesnt mean that the site is rigged

it seems like you are new about provably fair? provably fair is actually a system that verify if a site is fair or not, in short words, you can verify a site is fair or not fair if the sites implement a provably fair system, if you think the site is not fair, you can check them since they implement provably fair system

Should not have given him anything. You are a reputable enough casino and people were standing up for you. All you had to do was stand up for yourself as well, but now you've shown that all people have to do is bitch after they lose and call you scam and you'll give their money back. This is gambling. The site is provably fair. They don't get a penny back!

Hey Droganson, thanks for your comment. Sorry to have missed it previously (thanks to MarkMJ for pointing that out). I guess you are right, I was trying to be too nice. I can say for the future that nobody will ever get a refund for accusing us. The reason I gave MarkMJ a refund was not because of the accusations, but because his first loosing streak (the one before the refund) was really quite brutal. To be clear: it was 100% fair, every single bet can be verified. But sometimes a loosing streak can just be very bad. We really try to treat all players well, evne if they get a bit emotional.

MarkMJ, I think we are both ready to let go of this topic. I think you had no bad intentions and can understand your anger after the loosing streak.


As Shulio has pointed out, I think the underlying issue might have to do with some misconceptions about the notions of provable fairness and house edge (had noticed that many people have issues with these concepts when reading a related discussion on Reddit). Will see if I can write up some blog posts to try to clarify.

One last point: So far I have been amazed by the people in this forum. The amount of support and high quality actionable advice I have received here is just amazing. Droganson's and Shulio's comments are great examples for this. I really appreciate the support and feedback and would really like to thank everybody for that.

I'm not gonna lye, it is quite hard at this point. The chances of hitting such a streak in the next hand are at about 1 to 2^10 so thats under 1 to 1000. If you're feeling lucky you might want to give it a try but the only realistic option at this point is to use a very small bet size (min bet size to qualify is 0.00001btc).
