He has been previously banned for sending unsolicited PMs attempting to buy accounts. He has hosted signature campaigns previously which then have run into issues due to him. As a general rule of thumb I would not join his signature campaigns.

Maybe he learned his lesson and won't do the same thing again. But agree that people should know about it.
