Phishing targets you for doing transactions via an escrow bitcoin website how safe  or sure can you be to trust that transaction? - 0 (0%)
Understanding that bitcoins are expanding and might or might not replace real currency question is how protected would your bitcoins be through transactions done via third party such as bitcoin escrow companies? - 0 (0%)

How would you handle a phishing attack targeting bidders through an escrow bitcoins that are being auctioned by anyone who has created a bitcoin escrow website?  Huh Shocked Shocked

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

First of all this happens all the time with site escrows. This is why you should not use them. Some attacks look better then others. Using email is really not a very secure way to communicate with an escrow service as it is possible to forge an email.

To answer your question, I would decline to do business with the seller, and likely open up a scam accusation on the scam accusations page.
