sugar is more important for coffee than milk but it depends on how you like your coffee, some people drink coffee without sugar too

Normally i do not use sugar and milk in my coffee, because some one said me it’s the best way to lose weight, in very short time, so i did not use both. Its little difficult in the beginning, but now i am use too for this, however weight is as it is .. LOL
