i want to deposit it in prime dice

Exactly how much do you have?
Because a "little bit of satoshi" probably won't be able to sent without a fee, which is probably going to be higher than your balance.

You may want to be careful.  I've heard that coinbase will flag your account if you send to a gambling site.  YMMV, but I'd be cautious.

how much is the fee??

Standard transaction fees are BTC0.0001 per 1000 bytes, and typical transactions are half that, so I'm pretty sure that the fee will be BTC0.0001.
