Is there any C-CEX guys in this thread? If you release the money to DEV, it will harm C-CEX hard, on one will use this exchange again.

if c-cex enters an agreement then they should live up to it.

possibly the only reason this looks so bad is because the funds have not been released.

C-Cex doesn't care at all. I have contacted them several times as the ipo was extended, and their response was pathetic:

...I understand you may have buyer's remorse but we do not do refunds as an escrow unless the coin fails to launch a working network/wallet... ...Our rules for ICO's are no different than other exchanges in regards to what is necessary. Whoever, invests in any coin must DYOR prior to doing so to make sure it is a purchase they want to make.

Doing your own research can only go so far when the dev and the exchange play fast and loose with the rules. The coin was allowed to stay open beyond the advertised completion time twice while investors called for a restart and refunds. This coin has no chance of succeeding with the stubborn attitude of this developer who has not listened to the few supporters of this coin that existed.

There is no way I will ever take a chance with an ipo on c-cex. Furthermore, as soon I can sell what little I have there, I will never put funds there again. C-cex should have died long ago, and will not last longer this way.

1) unbought ICO coins. where are they and what is happening ? how many coins were bought ?
- edit : earlier post suggests unbought coins should be now destroyed by c-cex.

2) ICO funds. where is that at, and how do you see the buy wall happening ? what price etc.

3) is this really a scam ? or was it always considered that there would be 3 days of mining/dumping between ICO and buy wall ?

You must be joking right? When ICO started dev told that he is almost done POD, it turns out that he lied and he didn't even contacted anyone about that... Then he didn't had wallet ready after ICO, all those things lead to dump and nailed this coin as scam. There is no way this coin will go back on IPO price since the project is dead and dev will run with BTCs as soon as C CEX release funds if they didn't already...
When ICO started i commented on few things and pointed red flags so he deleted all of my posts! This coin is SCAM, C CEC is even bigger SCAMER and don't care about anything than THOSE 2 BTCs that DEV will pay them!!!! Many contacted C CEX with questions and demands to cancel off ICO since dev lied but they didnt care. People needs to boycott C CEX and his scam coins, STOP TRADING ON C CEX. How many more SCAMS C CEX will pull off till we realize that they are SCAMERS too? DON'T TRADE ON C CEX!

i've followed a few threads where a couple of heads seem to manage to kill a coin.. or at least give the devs a nervous wreck.

tbh q3. was a bit of a joke the general performance of ORTHO on c-cex has obviously created some stress for some people and the troll in me couldnt help asking

although i am curious as to how you will manage the buy wall.
given the dumpage will have effects on the buy wall.
both psychologically- ie people will be wanting to get out, and that new investors bought lower than ico price.

It's a normal and physiological thing that at first stage of mining a coin could be dumped.

In our case, being listed on an Exchange since start, it's normal that miners have a place to dump their mined coins for quick profit. It happens also, and in a bigger way, with coins that born and reach only in a second stage an exchange market.

There are no solutions to miners dump, and a community/coin needs to be aware of this. Some newbies should not understand this , as we can see in this thread, and start to yell-at-scam all around.
We promised a buy support in our Roadmap/dev plan because we are aware of the dumping fact: for this we like to encourage investors, miners, and community setting up some buy walls. Unfortunately C-cex will release the fund only today, so we can start managing the ICO funds directly only from today and so on.
