I think your work is really unprofessional and not 5 BTC worthy. That's my opinion.
What do you mean with nonprofessional? I do respect your opinion but I'm always open for some constructive criticism.
I have a lot of designs witch I can't release yet because sites are still in development and projects still in the making.
And I must admit these are better compared to the portfolio I have right now. (Last 2 I do like a lot)
I do think the 5 BTC is a fair price because it always looks easier than it is. I never charge when we can't get to a finished design the costumer likes.
If I look at a logo of macdonalds or pepsi, it is easy to say I can do that.
The best logo's out look very simple when they are finished. Look at facebook's logo, everyone can make that.
Also sometimes I need to make different logo's and designs if the costumer doesn't like it. This also takes time. When their is a final design it always needs to be tweaked (Font selection, color adjustment ...)
Overall this doesn't make me much more compared to a regular student job.
I always communicate back and forth with the costumer for their input. And I have the feeling most of them were pretty satisfied. (see costumer responses in this treat)
Also giving out copyright transfer forms for the logo's I design so if your company becomes the next google. I can't sue you for copyright infringement.
Last point is if you look at designing contest here on the forum you won't get many designers on it for 5BTC. 10 BTC seems to be a minim to get a lot of participation.
Not even taking about real world designing company's who charge much more than 5 BTC.
