Hi all, I won a Avalone 4.1 from Kano's first contest. I had to stop mining because of electric cost but I would like to give the avalon to someone that will mine with it on Kano's pool. all you need to do is pay shipping in the USA only. My mining name is pingster. I do have a power supply if needed. PM me if interested. I checked with Kano before posting this and he said it was ok, I have lots of S3s and power supplies too.

I'm sure the miner could easily cover electric...
Considering there is no ROI involved...
You might want to recheck your numbers...

Well people, right now i'm out thanks to a power supply and a power regulator, what a time to be offline If nobody wants that Avalon, I volunteer, i have free power and love to mine here, why? I like how healthy for the network is to mine here. Bitcoin needs 10+ kano pools..

dont throw it away: 1. donate to local university, cryptocurrency department... (free electricity) 2. donate/raffle it to local uᴉoɔʇᴉq chapter for charity etc. 3. use it for your heater during winter (heat and coins!) 4. wire it up for solar-powered miner ... good for your next project

i would use it. but even at 13c a kwh 3.5TH @ 1100 watts is profitable.. will be probably until the halving..

Its an 4.1 -> 700 Watts and 1.3THs (0.53J/GH). So with 13 cents/KWh it costs $2.15 a day and mines only 1.65 -> so 50 cents are lost a day. Of course a 200% kano day is helping a lot... under normal conditions you need at least 0.06 / KWh to run that thing without a loss. edit: typos

I would like someone to use this miner that KANO gave me. as I said it cost me more to run than it makes BTC. All I want is someone to pay shipping costs. You also can pick it up for free, I'm in northern Illinois.

Forum member lives near me. He supplies power I supply mining gear. He does not worry about getting a miner as I bring them to him I do not worry about power cost
