Kano, would it be possible for you to add a line to the Workers>Shift_Graph and the Pool>Graph page for when a block was found, also maybe line numbers on the Pool>Status so that you know what # you are in the list (going up or down)?
 Kiss

Edit: left out the main reason for the lines DOH
There's a Luck Graph of the blocks under the Pool menu.
Combining graphs isn't in the todo list ... Smiley

@Kano
Thanks for the info on the addition to the graphs and I see that you were able to add the # column to the Pool>Status page, much appreciated.

Looks like you're at 11% of the 5Nd - (assuming your hashrate is 13.5THs), and looking at N range of 299 hours, that comes to ~35 hours mining roughly

If my math is right you were mining for approximately 35 hours before the block was found

You can take a look at the Workers -> Shifts to see what shares were paid out for the block

Here's my rewards for the past 3 days since I started mining.

My understanding is, it takes x amount of time to fully ramp up.

Also, for any block thats found while I've been mining, I don't receive the full amount owed to me straight away.

So, first block, I received .005 BTC
Second block, I received BTC for block 2, but also for block 1?
Third block, I receive BTC for block 3, 2 and 1?
Fourth (future block) I will receive BTC for all 4 blocks?
Fifth (future block) I will receive BTC for all 5 blocks?
Sixth (future block) I will receive BTC for this block, plus the previous 4?

And this will continue until I'm fully ramped up?
When ramped up, in x amount of time, do I then still have my payments split out amoung blocks, or receive it all at once when we get a block?

Sorry.,.. still trying to get my head around this. I may have totally misread info and be completely wrong :p

You get rewards from each block as it is found.
Basically each share submitted is expected to count towards your reward over 5 blocks.

If you submitted a share in the last 5Nd, you get rewarded from the block according to the number of shares you submitted in that 5Nd.
If the pool is 100% lucky, each share you submitted gets rewarded 5 times.

There is no such thing as a "ramp up" - it's just a way folk here use to describe how long it takes for each share to be fully rewarded.

I am still working on fully understanding it, too.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong here:
Looking at the Shifts page, going back to the beginning of the last payout -
Code:
9vzfq yuno	Mar‑11 00:41:39	52m 17s	1.472M	1.375k	2.01THs	2.452k	600.17	8	0.60497	159.26%

Doesn't the "8" tell me that I have been rewarded eight times for the shares submitted during that shift?  That is my current understanding.

That's correct, your share has been counted for rewards 8 times (since the pool is now lucky).

I still have not had this confirmed, but I believe you get paid based on the shares you submitted compared to what everyone else submitted for 5 times the difficulty total shares.

So the first block had 61.66Ph total shares (61,660 Th) and you provided 27.97 Th which is .0454% of the 12.91715 reward.
The second block had 62.41Ph total shares with your 50.22 Th shares giving you .0805% of the reward.
The third block had 69.22 Ph total shares with your 216.08 Th giving you .3122% of the reward.

If you stop mining, the shares will gradually decrease over 11 days or so.  You get rewarded for any blocks that we find during those days.

So the ramp is based on the shares your miner submits and has nothing to do with paying for previous blocks at a later time.  It is quite confusing but important because if you stop mining and we have no blocks for 11 days, you will not receive more.  But if we find 30 blocks in those 11 days, you get partial rewards for all of them.

5Nd is a measure of the number of shares - not a measure of time, so that's why your explanation is correct; up to the last part.

The latest block counted 5Nd at ~299 hours or ~12.45 days which means that it took everyone here mining for 12.45 days to submit 5Nd (currently 17,312,711,955,958.0) shares.

Every share submitted in the past 299 hours or over 5Nd shares was counted for a portion of the reward

I got bored and Photoshoped this shift graph

Currently the 5Nd contains 9 block for payout, when they fall out the back of the 5Nd you can expect that you have been paid in full for the shares you submitted for that block also in conjunction with your "ramped hashrate". (that's all beyond me but I trust that Kano has it under control)

Looking at this modified shift graph page you see each block found is roughly in the correct position.

Since I did not have any hasrate till late in the evening on the 15th, I do not expect any payout for the blocks 2211-2215 however on blocks 2216-2220 i made a little dot where the hash rate might have been at that time.  That is the rate that I can expect to get paid for throughout the 5Nd till that block drops out the back of the 5Nd.

Depending on how lucky or unlucky the pool is there could be 20 blocks in there or 1 block.

Edited: that image dont look like it will show up because im a NOBB

...

And, just by eye-balling it to see how much of the red shared area--the last block's previous 500% Network Difficulty (5Nd)--is filled with full hashrate mining, it looks like you're about 2/3rds to 3/4ths of the way ramped up to full payouts.

Until further notice, I am listening!

Yeah that is one interesting note to check out.

I noticed it a couple of weeks ago. When we get NEAR the Find, if my invalid % drops, we get a block within the next few hours. Haven't noticed a drop on double Blocks, that are a few hours apart though. Might be something to it, might be a fluke, just seems more than coincidence.
