...it's been on the todo list to fix it for a while, but since it's so rare, it's below what I'm working on at the moment Smiley
Being on a dev team myself (data warehousing), I gotta know:

Do you use any backlog app (e.g. Trello, Jira, VersionOne) or just trusty ol' sticky notes/paper & pen??? Cool

None of the above.

And as long as it's backed up all over the place, very very useful without taking much up space.

We get payouts 101+ confirms after every new block we get; not daily payouts like the big corporate pools. No high fees either--ONLY 0.9%! Quantity of BTC not quantity of transactions. Ha!

You'll ramp up to full payouts over the first "roughly 8days 2hrs" (see https://kano.is/index.php?k=payout), but if you ever quit mining, your payouts will ramp back down even after you stop mining.

In a nutshell, it's awesome, and that's why we're ~1,000 strong rebellion against the evil empire of corporate pools. Grin

well, i agree with you in a long term ~6-12 month. But in short term (up to month), big corporate pools - more reliable, and provide stable daily income. I understand people who left small pools and cannot wait for 5-6 days for next block, due to operational spendings and credits.

Yeah I hate how I only get paid weekly at work since I have to pay my bills monthly... wait, wut?  Cheesy
And I've not seen a more reliable pool than kano's, with the best support of any sysop out there.

So someone has not read anything about current miners for the past few years eh? Pretty much the first things mentioned in reviews are the noise and heat. They *are* industrial miners after all.... Before you ask about quieting them down: read through the hardware area about it first.

Don't worry I won't ask any stupid questions in the thread like that.
I will find somewhere they can be as noisy as they like! -.-

*edit*
Starting to wish I just went for the s9's now since looks like it will be finding new location to host them.  live and learn Smiley

It seems like it's BM's response to Canaan dropping the price of the 841s to $425...

Bitmain needs cash to help finish off their new miners in full production mode.
