RPC is only needed for people who are mining, am I correct ?
In that case the following line should be added in vpncoin.conf :

server=0

I have done so in many qt wallets and it has not given me any problems and gives better safety.

BAD pr :
I don't think that making ANY reference to darknet -> black market -> black money is a good idea.
Here in the west these are linked to illegal activity's and VPN should NEVER be linked to illegal activity's.
And how do people with dark skin would think about this ?

Reference to TOR is acceptable.

GOOD pr :
VPN domain system <-> NMC.

NMC takes care of domain name registration but does NOT have p2p DNS integrated, you can not use it without external software.
VPN does both of these, am I correct ?

In that case make sure it's on the OP.
NMC has good trading volume in the west, VPN could take over NMC position !
