I think this petition is useless, owner already run away with users money. It's impossible to get refunds or get the owner jailed .

it is a digital signed form but not enough to bring such a wealthy company/person down.

Probably, if petition signatories could be identified, such a petition would be enough to allow police to start an investigation to look into the alleged crimes. A petition itself cannot bring anyone to jail nor force it to repay someone.

well as you can see i used this site for 6 month and ok my firned tryed like 9 month and lost 1000 euros soo the bigger you invest and get adicted to cloud sites like this the worst for you cointellct its out with some ponzi scheme money could never be a mining cloud service to be good in all full years prespective im even surpised how it get like 1 year in a row up.

Unfortunately there is no news on this, i really hope they will continue as the bitcoin price has been increased, more than they wanted.

This is a known ponzi scheme. It was never safe to invest in this site. They use to run a cloud mining service scam. The stop paying people last february if I'm not mistaken

You seems that are not informed well, the site has been closed for a long time now, and they scammed lots of people.

they have run away with the money and closed the site down , nothing much to do now , almost all of the mining sites turn into scams , eventually better do some faucets and trade your cryptos.

that's right but I guess,you're saying that too late,this thread was last active on june 2015 and it's now august 2016,and that's is such an usual thing that most of miners but not all will eventually collapse because they're using Ponzi system or HYIP
