It will protect the guy sending PayPal from wasting his time.

I recommend using someone trustworthy or else you have a high likelihood of losing your money and hurting the standing of your PayPal account. I'd contact BayAreaCoins - he has been buying BTC via PayPal at market rate.

I dont have high trust but its good, I have been looking for some bitcoin on here. I have earned trust by sticking my neck out there and have had people send me half payments before i ship as well.  Either you send first or we use escrow and I will paypal you $125
