Sorry for the late announcement. About the first giveaway, there are 4 likes collected, but two of them are later then the original deadline. The two liked on time get 0.2 (was 0.1), and the two laters get 0.05 each (total 0.5004 payout plus fees). Winners please PM me. About the second giveaway, the real answer is Hong Kong. However, since Hong Kong is part of China, the three people who answered China can split 0.3, that is 0.1 each. Payment will be made when I open the computer for the next time (and I am using my phone now). Bounty & development balance: 19.1992 (minus miner's fees)

For your question, I have replied to qiwoman2's post. 110 is just my self-called nickname and it is not something related to any police stuffs.

As there are no IPO requests, all the coins for IPO (80) will be burnt.
Burning address: the same as counterparty's burning address (1CounterpartyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUWLpVr) (and that's the only burning address I know).

I am going to sell the coin to an investor. The following are the details:
Wallet coins: 120 (80 burnt because of no IPO)
What you get: The whole wallet file (by email) including all datas (private keys)
Price: Minimum 0.05 BTC, you can bid by replying the thread.
Requirement: Build up a connection node for the coin (optional, but recommended)
Listing will also be in cryptothrift.com at $20 in BTC.
Listing ends in 30 days from now.
