Why should there be any lawsuits? MaryJane is a coin, and it is something virtual, so i don't see anything in it.

cryptsy has the lawsuits and dont like stoner coin

which means cryptsy might not even be after lawsuit against them and new federal rules for them to use

Well that's upsetting. Yes, I may have said something like "has anyone heard from Adam?", but it's only because I like to hear all updates from you, some things I've missed until week later in some cases. Asking that does not make me a fool. I buy a little MaryJaneCoin everyday and holding. I hope sooner or later I can buy out all of them on Bittrex to end this bot crap. I'm also really trying to think of many ideas to help this coin. I personally am not asking for a new dev. I understand all the hard work you're doing. I don't have all the details about bots and why the price has fallen. I'm not bringing it up because I'm pissed that I've lost money, because I haven't. I bought most of mine at 170 sat.

during the "great dump" capital was raised, and a good part of it didn't go to speculators but been put into production, eg operational costs, which is absolutely reasonable and the way for this business we are in to go
keep in mind that Maryj will also function as money to buy a specific good with a value determined by market forces and regulations

Unlike some of you I actually read what the lawsuit is about. It states that Cryptsy misled people by promising profits. That is crap. Ive been on Cryptsy since the first week they opened and have never heard Vern or the site mention any guarantees or promises. All exchanges uses bots to place orders for the percentage of coins they receive from transactions. That is understandable. Bittrex creates coins to do this where Crypsty only created mining contract shares. I would like to see exchange owners manually set sells and buys with the fees collected to make it more fair. Plus those lawyers released the lawsuit details before contacting Cryptsy which opens the lawyers up to countersuits for defamation and loss of revenue. If they succeed against Cryptsy they will hit every American based exchange. We have all seen what happens when we rely on foreign based exchanges that are not forced to recoup losses.
