Unlike some of you I actually read what the lawsuit is about. It states that Cryptsy misled people by promising profits. That is crap. Ive been on Cryptsy since the first week they opened and have never heard Vern or the site mention any guarantees or promises. All exchanges uses bots to place orders for the percentage of coins they receive from transactions. That is understandable. Bittrex creates coins to do this where Crypsty only created mining contract shares. I would like to see exchange owners manually set sells and buys with the fees collected to make it more fair. Plus those lawyers released the lawsuit details before contacting Cryptsy which opens the lawyers up to countersuits for defamation and loss of revenue. If they succeed against Cryptsy they will hit every American based exchange. We have all seen what happens when we rely on foreign based exchanges that are not forced to recoup losses.

dont forget all the new regulations that will make it impossicble to do business in usa in this just like dodd frank bs laws did to forex trading all ran for the border and it wasnt taco bell pigout cryptsy will be toasted mark this down if cryptsy was smart would of sold it , its just like trading gas in usa cant do and they hate crypto and u will see

It must be the bots <----get a grip. Granted I am sure it is the CND pump that affected all the others, but the others were and not us because investors perceived value.
It's because no news is coming out that is worth anything that we will continue to lack behind.

MARYJ trying to push getting put into an atm is pointless.
We need merchant adoption, when you have that then the atm's will put you in their machine without even asking. Simple economics
The merchants need to be educated about accepting crypto as an alternative to fiat.

You need a multi pool to help stabalize the price so merchants are more willing to use maryj over just using btc.

And in order to convince anyone to use it at all you are going to need to finish the website first. I sure would not want to point them here so they can then make a decision about using maryj after reading this thread and the lack of follow through.

As the above is being worked on, getting the android and ios wallet done to help facilitate the merchant and buyer adoption is necessary.

Instead of business cards or pamphlets just print a paper wallet out with some maryj and the website address. I personally would much rather have cryptocash in my hand than a business card.  <----This is a unique/creative idea that I just thought of and have never heard of anyone else doing.

I also like the new image of the paper wallet with the green background in the OP better than the other, but I never saw it mentioned as being a new design.
I do remember originally that the dev said that the paper wallets were going to be cool/nice/awesome? but then a community member did one real quick.

I really think you need to look at the paper wallets on the munne thread op. The have a normal one, chinese one and christmas one. Those are good ideas that we could easily adapt to the marijuana community. Start making the use of maryj fun and easy for the buyer and the merchant.

Maybe a paper wallet contest with a btc reward? It would be good use of some of the btc I believe.

Then the winning design chosen will be used to print up 10,000 maryj wallets containing 1 maryj coin can be printed up, making sure to have the website address on the wallet.
Those wallets can be used as business cards, given to shops to give to customers who purchase something, given out at parades/festivals.

Make a halloween themed wallet and give them out at adult halloween parties. or even just the winning wallets provided.

Carve pumpkins with the maryj logo and a green light inside and offer them for free to dispensaries along with some maryj wallets to handout.

But the website and the paper wallets must be super polished and clean. You really can't expect merchants or users to adopt it otherwise.

This is what I call an informative and helpful post with some nice ideas and suggestions. We just need someone (a team of Devs) to manage to do all this and help the coin and it's system.

From the looks of it, it seems to me this guy is trying to create some sort of fear and doubt on the users, or just trying to make maryj look bad. Cannacoin down 10%, THC down 20%, Dope down 5% and some others aswell, while Maryj is down 4%, so yeah not sure where you come out with "all mj coins up", should of left that part out and kept the rest.
