It is all about internet censorship. They try to block everything nowadays. IF you have trouble with some blocked content on youtube or something fast fix may be installation of HOLA Better internet a small plug in for your browser. Just google it. It is mini automatex proxy basically.

Welcome to the rest of the world, where videos aren't available in certain countries. It works fine in Australia.
