Although this case seems unfortunate, please take into account that LBC does thousands of successful escrows everyday without issue. So for you to try to use this as an excuse not to use escrow is pretty weak. Plus. you do not have to use LBC if you really feel uncomfortable with them. We have guys here that do escrow as well.
