First of all, you can create a Faucet for FREE. You don't need me if you have the knowhow of creating websites.
I will be downloading this faucet script:

I will also set up Web Hosting for you at
http://1-nethost.com or you can provide your own hosting. I will reduce the fee by 0.05 BTC in this case.
I will then upload your website.
You will have to provide me with the following via PM:
1. Google ReCaptcha Public and Private Keys:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html or SolveMedia
2. MicroWallet API Key:
https://www.microwallet.org/3. The satoshis you want to give per claim, I will also show you how to amend this after the website is complete.
4. The time limit of claims.
5. Your Affiliate ID's, AdSense Advert Banner Codes etc.
