There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Price depends on the size, do you want to use Idea 1, 2 or your own. If you can give some details (ex. 20x20cm, Idea 2) I can call the artist and ask for the price. Thanks!

Can he do small sculptures too?  Like, idea 2 but it would be able to stand up.
