Please show me the location of the placed ad, it must be on your created website. There is a check for this, you cannot just host it anywhere

No, the site is up, you do not have to fill out all the info truthfully unless you plan on getting payouts in paypal or check. If you ware planning on bitcoin payouts just enter some random information.
