Looking for a trusted escrow since OP requests I go first.

Check out the 'Services' forum. Plenty of trusted escrows there.

Don't go first under any circumstances, even if he says "it's reversible" ... he can withdraw to a bank and ditch his negative balance PayPal anytime.
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I was about to pm DannyHamilton and OP pm'd he would look for another trusted user which I'm taking as our trade is off.

OP has zero trust and stopped communication as soon as I insisted on using escrow. Trade with caution.

It's obvious, no person in their right mind would happily accept PayPal.

He wishes to scam, withdraw the funds and leave a fake account in negative balance.

Actually, I've traded my paypal here before to trusted users without any problem.

So, you're not accepting escrow and expect people to send first? Sounds like the same old paypal scam to me.

I guess in the States there's hundreds of banks that a scammer can open an account, but doesn't paypal notice the same name using the same disposable account tricks? Why can't this be followed up with the banks? How can this pathetic scam work so easily?

Not sure why there hasn't been a buyer for this yet. ExtraKrispy sold his BTC at the exact same rate (Bitstamp + 5%) in just 2 hrs after posting his thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=793183.0). If you need help escrowing your deal, I'd be happy to do it and I'm sure you'd find a buyer a lot faster. Let me know Smiley

Thanks Tomato.

Had several pms offering to buy around -3% rate, and also some offers from new members without feedbacks so I'd rather wait for now.

BECAUSE HE REFUSE TO USE A ESCROW/MM AND FORCE YOU TO GO FIRST OR ELSE HE WILL SAY "so if we cant build trust to each other it will be pointless I think."

DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM.

I think if he doesn't accept Tomatocage's Escrow offer this is another one we can tag as a probable scammer.

How do you know this? I just PM'd him agreeing to his rate, so I'm waiting for his reply so we can proceed with the deal.

Are you really asking how I know this?
Use your brain.
