After that you go to the site place a bet of your choice,then you go back to the thread(above link) do what its said and put the deposit address and you got a free bet

That is correct. The answer to both of your questions is Yes.

You can also apply your free bet to the four of a kind winning bet, if you prefer.

Just wanted to let people know, I've been playing these flips over the last couple of weeks and have gotten a handful of four of a kinds and have had no problems with getting paid the bonus everytime.  It's a pretty good game/promo.
