This is Plagiarism according to Wikipedia: The "wrongful appropriation" and "stealing and publication" of another author's "language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions" and the representation of them as one's own original work. This is Appropriation Art according to Wikipedia : Appropriation in art is the use of pre-existing objects or images with little or no transformation applied to them. Since the owner of the coin is a conceptual artist and the coins are not a counterfeit, but the originals issued by the owner herself and can be proven as such, their value should represent the market value of them the art work. Considering that the concept of the art is expressed as the actual coin thus is fungible easy to transact and can be transfer without double sending, the price of the art as a coin, should eventually capture that added value . Also, assuming that Disney as a corporation would not be happy about it, eventually it will only bring more attention to it and thus should add even more value in the future. Eventually they will not be able to take if off the chain since it sits in bitcoins addresses and is transacting on top of the bitcoin main chain. If you are smart enough to understand what I just explained, you should keep follow that thread and invest in buying the coins once I will put them back on the market.
