Curious as to seeing how technology use and the extent of it affects people.

1. What is your age, gender, and race?

2. How many hours a day would you say you use technology (computers, tablets, smartphones, mp3 players, TVs, gaming consoles, etc.) for work/school/business purposes?

3. How many hours a day would you say you use technology for personal reasons?

4. Name the three websites you visit most often from most visited to least visited and give a short explanation as to why (for work purposes, entertainment, news, etc.).

5. Which of the social networking sites below do you use?
 Facebook
 Twitter
 Instagram
 MySpace
 Vine
 LinkedIn
 Pinterest
 Tumblr
 Google+
 None of these
 Other (please specify): _____________________________

6. On a scale of 1 (I do things at the last moment) to 10 (I do things right away) how good are you at completing tasks?

7. Do you believe that people trying to complete tasks in today’s age are more dependent on technology than earlier years? Why or why not?

8. Do you believe that technology has more positive or negative effects? Why or why not?

9. Do you think that technology makes you a better/more effective worker, or do you think it slows you down and makes you take longer to complete tasks? Why or why not?

10. Would you be able to completely and effectively complete tasks for work/school/yourself without the aid of technology? Why or why not?
