Tagcoin question

Few days ago I would send my Tagcoins to Cryptsy to sell them of for BTC.
Made the error by accident to leave no amount in the wallet for the fee..

In the balance menu of the Tagcoin Qt the coins are gone, but still not at Cryptsy..
The wallet won't sinc..

Is there anything I can do?
Or are those coins lost in the matrix?
