Looking at the account, it looks like they were able to attract over 200 followers, mostly crypto related, in just a few days. The accounts oldest post is a few days old.

So that said, an attractive handle could very well attract a massive following if, and big IF the account was used actively and marketed.

It took me a lot more than a few days to get 200 followers.

I have my account and I'll stick with that, but cheers to the seller for a lucky find.
