I will be living abroad where the internet connection is not fast. I will have computers connected to the internet where I am currently living here that I will remotely connect to. I often need to change my IP address by first changing the MAC Address on my router and then power cycling the router and modem. Since my internet connection will go down after I change the MAC Address remotely, is there a product or solution that can still power cycle both the modem and router after the MAC Address has been changed which usually takes about one minute?

Can you use something such as team viewer on a pc?   What purpose is the changing of MAC address remotely done for?

Team viewer is quite nice they even have a mobile app where you can access you computer from anywhere. As long as you have the static access code set-up right. Scrolling the cursor on your phone is a little annoying but it does the job.
