wtf is happening with this coin?

they had 2 ann topics, both closed and no word from dev or anyone, there was no big dumps or anything, any reasonable explanation?

During the ICO it was pretty clear that they have no plans, but to simply collect money and get out of the IPO. The coin is almost dead as there is no significant buy/see order on C-Cex.
