I like the sidechain application. It integrates the new features offered by altcoins to bitcoin having the most secure blockchain (pow), which will increase the usability and credibility of bitcoin, then will be adopted to the masses.

I love the sidechains idea - another great thing is that they are, by definition, directly related to Bitcoin so none of this altcoin BS.  Hope this comes to fruition soon....

Anyone know what's up with Zerocash? First it was the zerocoin addon, then Matthew Green said it would be it's own currency and in this article, Kyle Torpey said something about it becoming a sidechain. Any reference for that?
