It just gets more and more bizarre.

As you can see the coin is created the 28th of september. After knowing the money he would get from the ICO, he hired a developer (or coinservice).
The release wasn't postponed for any other reason than their developer not being done.. because he started on the coin when IPO was nearing its end.

So can anyone make a code review for ARCHCOIN? It would be fun to hear it.
