regarding your participation in signature campaigns, you need to spend some time on the forum first. more time and more of your activities here.
If you write 14 posts in two weeks, you will gain 14 activity points. here is a table of how many activities you need for any rank. there are of course merits as well, but I suggest that you get involved and do some research yourself.

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

No, merit there is nothing to do with the activity. You get merit points when someone recognizes your post as informative and constructive and then sends you some merit for one of your posts.

It's a bad way to introduce yourself here, you will need to gain knowledge and then money may come as a result of this knowledge.

Most good signature campaigns require a + full account  account which means 120 activity or 120 days, so during this period learn new things, improve the quality of your posts and you will join the campaign quickly.

As for the quick race to participate in a campaign, it will make you give up the idea quickly.

OP did you mean how to manage campaigns? If so then you have a lot to know. You must have prior experience in the job.  If you don't have experience, you can get experience working with any campaign manager you speak to and then apply through various channels to manage campaigns. There are also many experienced campaign managers to take advice from.
