Me and many people have disliked c-cex for a long period of time. They in fact, are very centric on mismanagement of their wallets, and when shit hits the fan, they are not accountable on any level.

and i did not participate in an ICO and loose money, i transferred coins from a wallet to c-Cex and they are not credited to my account, i cannot sell them, i cannot withdraw them and support have stopped replying to me.

I don't normally reply to threads like this, however, I realized about a week ago we have made our ICO entry too easy for devs to use/abuse so for what it is worth I'm going to be severely limiting the amount of ICO's we do in the future. I'll be more thorough as well and try to give our traders only high quality ICO's. We are an exchange though and act as an escrow for developers this doesn't mean we can prevent them from abandoning a project at any time, I have no say in this happening. Over the coming weeks and due to both negative and positive feedback there will be many changes coming to C-CEX.

How does an exchange escrowing a coin's IPO mean they're a scammer unless you have SOLID undeniable proof that the exchange are the ones directly behind the coin? This means nothing.

I've lost coins or had issues on every single exchange I've ever used (Cryptsy, Mintpal, C-CEX, SwissCEX, EuropEX, PoloniEX).

I've also washed $40 in the washing machine more than once to the point it was totally destroyed and unusable.

They said my account was negative to 1.18 BTC
They asked me why?

I can not log into my account and can not check my transaction. I do not understand why my account is negative. I just sell my BTC. I do not doing anything else. Only they can check transaction. Now they ask me how I answered.

Me too i have a good experience with C-CEX as trading platform\Support so the hosted ICO is a free choice for you to make even other exchange for example like bittrex i lost many BTC with their hosted ICO .the market these days is not good to risk BTC against unknown , less improvement altcoin.
