I'm always on the lookout for Casascius coins, but it's hard finding coins with a verifiable (via PGP) chain of custody.

Do you have Casascius coins for sale? Were you the original recipient? You can ask Casascius to provide you with PGP-signed documents stating that you are the original owner of the coins. These documents can be the basis of a chain of custody that tracks the owners of a given coin, providing evidence of the coin's legitimacy.

Not the original recipient, but still have PGP custody docs? This is okay too!

No PGP docs and not willing or unable to get them? This isn't the thread for you Smiley

No idea what I'm talking about? Start reading here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=268965.msg4627318#msg4627318

Please post pictures and asking prices below!

No longer buying/selling Casascius coins. Beware scammers.

I have some 2013 1BTC silver with gold Bs, for which I have the PGP receipt as I am the original recipient. They are currently being graded by ANACs. Once I have the grades I will know price.

I also have a 10BTC silver with gold B where I am the second owner but I have the original PGP document signed by Mike. I don't plan to sell this, but might be moved for a sufficiently tantalizing offer.

I can post pics later this week.

Unlevereged financial instruments acting as a store of value that fluctuate 50% within 10 minutes is perfectly acceptable. I think it should be offered in IRA form to soon to be retirees.

I'll be interested to see the price of your silver+gold 1 BTC piece! I recently sold one of my 1Ag1 silvers to a buyer who had it graded and received an MS67 grade. I'm too paranoid to mail mine away for grading, personally Smiley

Is it brass? Got any pictures? What's your offer? Smiley

I do indeed have PGP docs and can get some images to you as soon as i have a minute to upload them to a cloud somewhere. Great condition and i relocated them fromt he roll directly into airtites on Day 1 using a fresh pair of nitrile gloves. If i was in the states and not canada I would certainly send most of them for grading.

I have to take some pictures, but its in a capsule in pristine condition. Barely any fingers touched it.

I'd take 2 shipped to you for it.

I also have a very rare silver 0.1 2013 casascius coin with proof of custody.

Same condition. I'd take 1.2 BTC for it.
