Hey everyone,

I've looked all over and tried so many different softwares but i cant seem to figure this one out. I've got my gridseed on and it shows in my device manager as STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port(COM3). When i do autodetect in bfgminer im pretty sure its only finding my processor. This is what im seeing. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

make sure you add the command --scrypt

and that your mining a scrypt coin... BFG doesnt support SHA256 on Gridseeds

Edit: add --scrypt -S noauto -S \\.\COM3

that will point it at the correct port, and remove the OCL which is your videocard

If my advice has helped you out, feel free to throw some Satoshi's my way!
