In my eyes btc is worth more than 1000$ Im going to hodl for life. If you cant afford to hodl or need to sell btc to survive your in the wrong industry then crypto currency is not for you. Its like stock exchange Wink

Clearly , in the long term its way more valuable then $1,000 ;-)  5 ,10 years we are talking about $50,000 - $100,000 ea. coin.

Well, I dont think bitcoin would rise to 50,000 or so.. Probably the maximum it could goes is 2,000 in five to ten years time. Well, that is my guess.

2k$/coin for a 21 million coins supply for a potential market of 2-4 bil people ?

More like 50k-100k$ each coin.

Potential is there. Will it be recognized ? 50-50 chances IMHO.

According to Goldman Sachs bitcoin has the potential to reach a max of ~15k (IIRC). There is no reason why it would reach this case later rather then earlier (nor why it would reach this price earlier rather then later)

Bitcoin isn't dying.... The price is just going down because everyone is panicking and selling their bitcoins. Less people using bitcoin=lower price
Hopefully people will come back to their senses and buy so price goes up. Maybe just keep holding on to your bitcoins, and in a few years there will be huge price rise as everyone starts buying then price goes up. Price goes up=more people buy

So don't sell your bitcoins! (I know the price has been dropping like a stone but believe!) Stay together! United we stand, divided we fall!

You stopped making sense after the first sentence... I couldn't read past that sorry, You have no idea what you're talking about.

posts like this make me think the bottom is not here.

It isn't... The bottom will be when the bulls realize their coins will never be worth what it is worth today this very second! Judging from all the hard headed dumb money in this market this is be a very hard slow bleed down to the double digits!
