Author Topic: Bittrex: Cannot login - Nothing from support for two weeks  (Read 246 times)

Basically, I get a "Something went wrong" message or a "500 Error: Don't worry, it's not you, it's us". It started after I logged in for the first time. After that the session expired and I could not login again. Did anyone have the same issue?

They actually have an article for that problem, but the suggested solutions don't work (clearing cookies, trying VPN, different device/browser)

I already have some money in that account and it's ridiculous not being able to access it for two weeks already.

I logged into normal bittrex. you try to sign in with a different computer.
If you are unable to log on ,please send the tickets to the bittrex support

Like I said in the thread title, no response from Bittrex support for over two weeks now.

And yes, logging in from different computers or IP's doesn't help. It's some bug in their server software apparently, which my account triggered for some reason.

It seems to be a bigger issue, since they have an article on how to solve it. The problem is that those solutions do not work.
