You can email them here: info@landofbitcoin.com  and ask to include your faucet on their site.  Or you can ask them on their thread on bitcointalk but I would chose the email which they have mentioned on their website to be safe.

If you have difficulty communicating with them by emails, may be you can try sending a PM to their bitcointalk account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=123021. That account isn't very active, but does log on and make posts from time to time.

yeah, they also have a bitcointalk account. There's also the possibility they might not be interested. Thee are other places to get listed too. Besides that, there's self promotion as well.
