I'm guessing internet and any form of communication without watching you is out of the question. It is safe to assume you won't get any computer in there.

So, we are left with hookers / girlfriend. Just be sure they are obedient and loyal and submissive and are comfortable (she gets proper diet, etc.) And I'd also take a heavy duty power rack, an olympic or powerlifting bar, and maybe a ton or two of weight plates, from 5 pounds to 45.
